Espanita is a riverfront community on the intracoastal waterway at Crescent Beach Florida. At this time there are waterfront lots that have not been built on yet. There are about 24 home sites at Espanita, 10 are riverfront and 8 are marsh view. Owners of the intracoastal lots are able to build docks with boat slips however there is no community dock. There is a bulkhead running the length of the waterfront of the subdivision. One of the nice things about Espanita is the large oak trees. Huge trees over 100 years old are plentiful. There are paved streets, gated entrance, underground utilities and community access to the waterfront. The entire property is surrounded by protected wetlands. Espanita Waterfront lots at St Augustine Florida
Espanita is a new waterfront
community located at Crescent Beach Florida. It's a great location,
just a short walk to the ramp at Crescent Beach. The 206 bridge is
close so you don't have to drive through the island to get to town.
The waterfront lots are some of the nicest in Florida. They are deep
water lots that are dockable. The home sites are large with huge oak
trees. The streets are paved with underground utilities. There are
only a few homes built at this time and there are some
non-waterfront sites available.
