Island House Condos is located at Crescent Beach FL, about 10 miles south of St. Augustine Beach. There are a total of 60 individual condominium units built in 1975. Island House units are flats (1 level), and are 1350 sq. ft. Island House is an beachfront complex with oceanfront condos, ocean view condos or non ocean view units. Each condo has two bedrooms and two baths. The laundry is located inside each unit. There is plenty of parking but no covered parking or garages. At this time there is an on-site rental office or you may choose other off-site rental management company. We do not handle rentals. Amenities offered at Island House Condos include: pool

 

Crescent Beach Real Estate

I remember when the first condo was breaking ground at Crescent Beach. My father and I were casting for fish in the surf. He mumbled some negative comment about how one day our beach is going to be another Daytona Beach. Well, he was wrong. Crescent Beach has maintained its small, summer village feeling despite the many condominiums. The founding fathers saw what happened in Miami and Daytona Beach and made plans to keep Crescent Beach condominiums under control. One of the best rules implemented was a height restriction of 35 feet. At Crescent Beach, you won't see a 600 foot skyscraper right on A1A. There is very little commercial development built or available at Crescent Beach. There are some small convenience stores, restaurants and a lot of real estate offices. One of those real estate offices is Landmark Realty, Inc., which I have been a proud broker of since 1989. I've helped folks share this small village experience for many years by finding them, not just a condo, but their cottage in quiet Crescent Beach, Florida.
